The ABAA New York International Antiquarian Book Fair (NYIABF), produced and managed by Sanford L. Smith + Associates (SLSA) and presented by the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America (ABAA), is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website or purchase a ticket. 

Disclosure of Information

When you visit our website or purchase a ticket, we collect anonymized marketing data that helps us make a better browsing experience for all. If you do not want to have your information collected in this way, you may choose to reject cookies by clicking "Settings" on our website cookie notification banner. We may compile and provide aggregate statistics about our visitors, customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to third parties, but these statistics do not include any personal or identifying information.


If you would like to sign up for our email list, we only require your email address. You may provide additional information at your own discretion. Your information is then stored by NYIABF's production company, Sanford L. Smith + Associates (SLSA). Every email sent to you by SLSA contains a link to unsubscribe or update your preferences. As SLSA is contracted by the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America (ABAA) to produce and manage NYIABF, we reserve the right to share email list data with the ABAA, as noted on our signup form


Anonymous analytic data collected via cookies is never connected to any personal email data you may provide us. We never sell or distribute our email list to exhibitors, vendors, venues, or any third parties. We reserve the right to release information when such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of NYIABF and its exhibitors, clients, visitors, and venue. 


All paid transactions go through our trusted and secure third-party ticketing vendor. 

Photography and Video

Your presence at the Park Avenue Armory during NYIABF acknowledges that you have been informed of the potential to be documented as part of a video or photo release, and that you grant permission for your likeness to be included in publication of any footage without compensation. Please note that the Park Avenue Armory utilizes closed-circuit video cameras to ensure onsite security.
