When you visit our website or purchase a ticket, we collect anonymized marketing data that helps us make a better browsing experience for all. Your information is then stored by NYIABF's production company, Sanford L. Smith + Associates (SLSA). Every email sent to you by SLSA contains a link to unsubscribe or update your preferences. As SLSA is contracted by the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America (ABAA) to produce and manage NYIABF, we reserve the right to share email list data with the ABAA, as noted on our signup form. 

 

Anonymous analytic data collected via cookies is never connected to any personal email data you may provide us. We never sell or distribute our email list to exhibitors, vendors, venues, or any third parties. Photography and Video

Your presence at the Park Avenue Armory during NYIABF acknowledges that you have been informed of the potential to be documented as part of a video or photo release, and that you grant permission for your likeness to be included in publication of any footage without compensation. Please note that the Park Avenue Armory utilizes closed-circuit video cameras to ensure onsite security.
